R-EVOLVE FITNESS will check your order item/s for any defect before we send out. However in the event we miss out any and you have received a defective item from us, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org or fill up the below contact us form. Please ensure item is still in its original condition. The tags must be uncut and intact. We will exchange the item and postage/courier fee incurred will be paid by us. Please note that there is strictly no cash refund unless the same piece is Out of Stock.
If you have received an incorrect item from us, please accept our apologies! Please contact us at email@example.com or fill up the below contact us form. Please mail the incorrect item(s) in its/their original condition with tags intact back to us. We will reimburse all postage/courier fee incurred. Please understand that there will be no cash refund unless the same piece is Out of Stock.
Please understand that we do not accept request for exchange of size/colour. We advise our customers to check through the order to ensure the correct sizing and/or colour before checking out.
